Delivery of the goods is free of charge all over Estonia. 

Transporting goods elsewhere in Europe is for a small postage, which is automatically calculated in the shopping cart according to the product.

For transportation in countries not mentioned above, please contact us by phone, email or chat box.   

 

Our courier partner is fast and reliable DPD. When you pick up the goods, we will send you a tracking link, where you can see the further route of your package. DPD will inform you by message about the delivery time of the goods (1-2h period), if it does not suit you, you can agree on a new time. 

Smaller packages (handles, cabinet knobs, foam)may reach you by post.

 

Returns

We hope you are satisfied with the product you purchased from us; however, if it does not meet your expectations or if you have received a wrong or defective product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods. Your defective or incorrect product will be replaced as soon as possible.

In the event of a return due to a change of mind, we will exchange it for an alternative or voucher as desired. NB! The products must be in the original packaging, otherwise the products will not be returned.

Claims made after 14 days of receipt of the goods will not be satisfied.

Nordic Design Home covers postage costs for returning or replacing the wrong or defective product.

If the customer thinks about the purchase and wants to return it, he will organize the transport and cover the return costs.

If the returned goods arrive at Nordic Design Home OÜ in the original packaging and without damage, the desired replacement product (s) or voucher will be sent to the customer immediately.

If the goods are found to be damaged by the customer or are not in the original packaging, Nordic Design Home reserves the right not to exchange the goods or send the voucher.

If the customer orders goods in the total amount of more than 1000 € and pays 60% or less in advance but does not pay the remaining installment no later than 21 days after receiving the notification, Nordic Design Home OÜ has the right to cancel the order and keep the amount spent on the purchase also transport costs. The remaining amount is returned to the customer.

Defective, defective or damaged product

Sometimes, for various reasons, a defective, incomplete or damaged product arrives at the customer. In this case, we will replace the goods with a faultless copy as soon as possible. If the product is sold out, we offer an alternative.

Upon receipt of the order, please check the goods immediately. If there is a defect in the goods, the supplier must be notified as soon as possible through a channel suitable for the customer (email hello@nordicdesignhome.ee, phone +37256467779, website chat box or Facebook page).  

If the complaint is accepted, Nordic Design Home will send the parcel label to the customer for printing and affixing to the parcel, then Nordic Design Home will arrange for the product to be picked up by the courier company.  

 

Warranty and return

Upon receipt of the goods, the customer must immediately properly check that the goods are free from defects. If the goods are defective or incomplete and the customer wishes to return the product, he must inform the supplier as soon as possible.

Defective or defective product can only be exchanged and not returned. In order to change the product, the customer must first be notified of the wish through the appropriate channel (email hello@nordicdesignhome.ee, by phone +37256467779, website chat or Facebook page). Nordic Design Home then sends the package label to the customer for printing and affixing to the package and arranges for the product to be picked up by the courier company.  

Upon arrival of the goods, the supplier checks the defect of the goods and if the complaint is satisfied, a new product is sent to the customer. If there is no new copy in stock, it will be ordered immediately, but if desired, the customer can also choose a replacement product (s) in the value of the goods in question. If the customer does not find a suitable replacement product and does not want to wait for a new product, Nordic Design Home will refund the customer for the product and postage within 7 working days.

Requirements and limitations of requirements

The financial compensation to be paid by the supplier is limited to the cost of the product complained of.

Delivery

All domestic deliveries within Estonia are free of charge. 

Deliveries in Europe carry a small charge which will be added in the shopping cart and is item specific. 

For deliveries not listed above please get in touch via phone, email or messenger to obtain delivery cost to be added to the price stated on the website.

 

Returns

We hope you love your purchase, but if it's not as desired or the item differs from the product purchased, simply contact us by email hello@nordicdesignhome.ee within 14 days of receipt of goods for a no-quibble exchange or credit voucher.

If your return is due to a faulty or wrong product your product will be exchanged to a correct or non-faulty item as soon as possible.

If your exchange is due to a change of heart, we will change your item to an alternative or give you a credit voucher in the sum of the initial goods.

Any requests made after 14 days from receipt of goods will not be accepted.

Postage for goods returned to exchange for another or for a credit voucher shall be paid for by the customer with the exchanged item or item purchased with the credit voucher delivered at the next date the item is available for delivery paid for by Nordic Design Home OÜ.

Item / s are the responsibility of the customer until delivery is accepted by Nordic Design Home, should the item be received by Nordic Design Home with damage from exchange or credit will be given and the item / s returned to customer.

If the customer makes a purchase of 1000 € or over and pays a deposit of 60 percent or less but fails to pay the remaining sum within 21 days from being notified of the arrived goods, Nordic Design Home OÜ has the right to keep the sum to cover the cost for stock purchased including transport cost with the remainder being returned to the customer.

 

Faulty Product / Damaged Item

We are really sorry if your product is arrived damaged. We do use strong packaging, but sometimes damage can occur whilst your purchase is on its way to you. If we have a replacement available we will exchange it for you as soon as we can, or we will offer you an alternative. Collection and delivery costs of the replacement item are of course on us.

Upon receipt of delivery, proper examination of the goods must be carried out immediately.

If the buyer wants to claim a defect, the buyer shall immediately after the defect is discovered, inform Nordic Design Home hello@nordicdesignhome.ee stating the nature of the defect with a photo.

If the buyer has discovered or should have discovered the defect, and you do not complain as stated, you can no longer complain.

If the complaint is accepted, Nordic Design Home will email a postage note to be printed and liase between the customer and the company collecting.

If the buyer wants to claim a defect, the buyer shall immediately after the defect is discovered, inform Nordic Design Home thereof, stating the nature of the defect. If the buyer has discovered or should have discovered the defect, and you do not complain as stated, you can no longer complain.

Complaints must be sent to Nordic Design Home within 48 hours of receiving the delivery (Sundays and Public holidays not included).

Defects in the goods sold will be remedied by the customer sending the good / s back to Nordic Design Home and the customer will receive a replacement.

If the complaint is accepted, Nordic Design Home will cover standard postage costs for the delivery of replacement goods and goods returned. If the product is no longer in stock, the amount paid will be credited within 7 days of receipt of the faulty goods.

If the buyer contrary to expectation, receive a faulty item or an item that does not match the corresponding receipt, then please send an e-mail to hello@nordicdesignhome.ee with information on complaints and photo of this. Order no. and / or receipt number.

We only process complaints that are sent to this email and have an attached photo. Complaints must be made no later than on delivery when it comes to partial loss or visible damage.

If an item is returned to Nordic Design Home due to a complaint and without Nordic Design Home's written confirmation via e-mail, the customer must cover delivery costs on the return of faulty item \ s

 

Product compliance and suitability

We recommend that you do not rely solely on the information presented on our website. Please always read labels, warnings and directions provided with the product before use.

Liability and limitations of liability 

A claim to Nordic Design Home cannot exceed the amount invoiced for the item sold.
