Refund policy

Warranty and return
Upon receipt of the goods, the customer must immediately properly check that the goods are not defective. If the goods are defective or incomplete and the customer wishes to return the product, he must inform the supplier within 48 hours of receipt of the goods (holidays and public holidays do not count). Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be satisfied.
Defective or defective product can only be exchanged and not returned. To change the product, you must first notify the supplier by e-mail at info@nordicdesignhome.ee, adding a description and a picture of the damaged place. Also include the order number and receipt number.

For replacement, the product must be returned in the original packaging to the sender's address, upon arrival of the goods, the supplier will check the defect of the goods, and if the complaint is satisfied, a new product will be sent to the customer. If the complaint is upheld, Nordic Design Homes will cover the postage in a standard amount. If there is no new copy in stock, the customer may choose a replacement product (s) in the value of the goods in question; If the customer does not find a suitable replacement product, Nordic Design Home will refund the customer for the product and postage within 7 working days.

We only accept complaints that have been forwarded to the Nordic Design Home email address and have a picture of the damage attached. Complaints must be submitted immediately and no longer than 48 hours after receipt of the goods.
If the product is returned to the supplier without confirmation from Nordic Design Home by email, the customer will cover the cost of returning the product.

Product policies
We always recommend that you read the product labels, warnings and operating instructions before using the product.
Nordic Design Home products comply with European Union legislation.

Requirements and limitations of requirements
The financial compensation to be paid by the supplier is limited to the cost of the product complained of.

Exchange

If the customer is not satisfied with the quality of the goods or the wrong goods have arrived, it can be exchanged within 14 days of the arrival of the goods. The supplier must be notified of the wish to change as soon as possible by e-mail at info@nordicdesignhome.ee.
The costs of returning the goods are covered by the customer and the costs of sending new goods are paid by the supplier. Depending on the stock, the exchange goods are sent immediately or upon arrival of the goods to the supplier.

The goods are the customer's responsibility until the moment when Nordic Design Homes receives the goods. If the goods arrive in the original packaging and without damage, the desired replacement product (s) will be sent to the customer immediately.
If the goods are damaged, the goods will not be sent to the customer in exchange or the money will be returned, but the damaged goods will be sent back to the customer.

Returns
We hope you are satisfied with the product you purchased from us; however, if it does not meet your expectations or if you have received the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods to exchange the product for a new copy or voucher.
Shipping costs for returning the product to the supplier are paid by the customer, the costs for sending a new product or voucher are covered by the supplier.

The goods are the customer's responsibility until the moment when Nordic Design Homes receives the goods. If the goods arrive in the original packaging and without damage, the desired replacement product (s) or voucher will be sent to the customer immediately.
If the goods are found to be damaged, no barter or voucher will be sent to the customer and the goods will be returned to the customer.

Defective, defective or damaged product

Sometimes, for various reasons, a defective, incomplete or damaged product arrives at the customer. In this case, we will replace the goods with a faultless copy as soon as possible. If the product is sold out, we offer an alternative.
Upon receipt of the order, the goods must be inspected immediately by the customer. If the goods have a defect, the supplier must be notified as soon as possible by e-mail at info@nordicdesignhome.ee with a description of the defect and a picture. If the customer does not follow these rules, Nordic Design Home will not satisfy the complaint.
If the complaint is accepted, Nordic Design Home will send the postage stamp to the customer for printing and affixing to the package, then Nordic Design Home will arrange for the product to be picked up by the courier company.
